Scenario #1
If you sell your real estate property with a traditional real estate company (full service broker) for $100,000 it will cost you:
a) $7,000 at a 7% real estate commission
b) $6,000 at a 6% real estate commission
Scenario #2
If you sell your real estate property with Century MLS Realty and a buyer find your property, due to all the exposures provided by Century MLS Realty it will only cost you:
$350 (Option #1) or any other Option that you choose and you will save between $5650 and $6650
Scenario #3
